Using the product

Quantities to use:
• For soups or stews, use 1 kg of semolina for 1.25 ml of milk.
• For cakes, use 1 kg of semolina for 800 ml of milk.

In a saucepan, bring the liquid (milk, water and stock) to the boil and sprinkle in the semolina.
• Allow to cook, stirring for 5 to 10 minutes, until it reaches the desired consistency.
For a more consistent texture, use Panzani Medium Semolina.
