Panzani Solutions has developed the first Label Rouge extra-fine semolina.
- Wheats are carefully selected for their quality to obtain semolina of recognised pasta quality. Only wheat varieties from a positive list are authorised
- Semolina ideal for making fresh pasta, gnocchi, couscous and pastries
- For pasta with a firm texture that holds its shape perfectly when cooked
- Semolina with a uniform granule size and a vibrant yellow colour

Label Rouge products meet the requirements defined in a strict set of specifications, including:
- Wheats are carefully selected for their quality, to obtain semolina of recognised pasta quality after wheat selection and blending. Only wheat varieties on a positive list are authorised.
- Quality control: compliance with defined criteria is ensured by regular audits and controls, and the implementation of traceability control by all operators in the sector.
- Precise production and storage rules: use of certified seed or farm-saved seed from certified seed, specific cultivation practices or limiting the use of plant protection products.

Our semolinas are made in France at our semolina mills in Gennevilliers and Marseille from high-quality French wheat.

Using the product

Quantities to use:
• For soups or stews, use 1 kg of semolina for 10 l of water.
• For fresh pasta, use 1 kg of semolina for 0.34 l of water.
• For cakes, use 1 kg of semolina for 8.3 l of water.

In a saucepan, bring the liquid (milk, water, stock) to the boil and sprinkle in the semolina.
Allow to cook, stirring for 3 to 5 minutes, until it reaches the desired consistency.
