Our semolinas are made in France at our semolina mills in Gennevilliers and Marseille from high-quality French wheat.

Quantities to use:
• For soups or stews, use 1 kg of semolina for 10 l of water.
• For fresh pasta, use 1 kg of semolina for 0.34 l of water.
• For cakes, use 1 kg of semolina for 8.3 l of water.

In a saucepan, bring the liquid (milk, water, stock) to the boil and sprinkle in the semolina.
Allow to cook, stirring for 3 to 5 minutes, until it reaches the desired consistency.
