Our couscous is made in France in our Vitrolles factory from top-quality French Wheat*.

Hot rehydration:
1 – Bring the water to the boil.
2 – Place a quantity of couscous in a bowl or dish and cover with boiling water.
3 – Mix and allow to swell according to your usual process.
4 – Before serving, add melted butter and fluff up the couscous.

Cold rehydration:
1- Cover 1 part couscous with 1 part cold water.
2 – Leave to rehydrate for 1 hr 30 mins in a cold room.
3 – Season to taste (according to the recipe selected).
4 – Serve chilled.
