Recipe

Cook the Mini Serpentini pasta, drain and cool with a dash of olive oil.

Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds. Prepare the watermelon. Make melon and watermelon balls using a melon baller. Set aside in a cool place.

Make the vinaigrette and toss with the cooled pasta.

Adjust the seasoning and set aside in a cool place.
