Controlling the processing stages of French* durum wheat in our own semolina plants and production workshops, which are spread over 2 north/south basins.

GEM-RCN recommendations at the heart of our concerns

The mission of GEM-RCN is to provide a framework for the mass catering sector, in order to improve the nutritional quality of the meals served. 

Today, the GEM-RCN** recommends serving legumes, starches or cereals 10 times out of 20 meals.

The Nutri-Score to meet the request for “healthier eating” 

In 2019, Panzani made a voluntary commitment to display the Nutri-Score on all its products! The inclusion of this nutritional indicator illustrates Panzani’s daily commitment to delivering quality products and meeting clients’ nutritional requirements. 

Panzani takes care of your well-being: today, 80% of our products have a Nutri-Score A.
