Using the product

Ingredients for 1 kg Ciabatta mix: 
Olive oil: 60 g 
Baker’s yeast: 12 g 
Salt: 18 g 
Water (as required): Approx. 590 to 620 g 

Can be prepared using a straight dough method or by cold-proving in a tub. 

For specific instructions, refer to the detailed technical data sheet or packaging. 

Tip: for a nice finish, dust it with durum wheat semolina!
