For 10 guests, plan on 6 sheets of Panzani 1/2 gastro lasagne and a sauce to bring it all together, for
example 3 kg of Panzani Tomacouli.

Assemble the lasagne in a Gastronorme tray, alternating the pasta and the sauce (Bolognese, tomato base, etc.)
Repeat for each of the 3 layers of Lasagne sheets.

Bake in the over at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
Adjust according to your process and equipment.
