Cook the “Salad Specials” Risetti pasta, drain and cool with a dash of rapeseed oil.

Shell the cooked prawns, leaving the heads on.

Make the vinaigrette with lime juice, curry powder and chopped chives, then add to the cooled pasta mixture.

Adjust the seasoning.

In a bowl, prepare a marinade using rapeseed oil, curry powder and lime.

Cut the pineapple into small cubes and add to the mixture.
