Honey Goat Cheese Pesto Sandwich

teaspoon of Panzani Solutions green pesto

teaspoon of honey
Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180° (gas mark 6).

Slice the multigrain bread, reserve 10 slices, and spread 1 teaspoon of Pesto Verde sauce on each. Top with 4 slices of goat cheese log and several halved cherry tomatoes.

Add ½ teaspoon of honey to each slice, then a drizzle of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Cooking: 5 to 10 mins at 180°.
