THE PASTA

Step 1 

Bring the water to the boil, then add the pasta. 

Step 2 

Cook for 8 mins for hot preparations or 5 mins for cold.

THE VINAIGRETTE SAUCE

Combine the oil, vinegar, chopped basil and toasted pine nuts.

THE ACCOMPANIMENTS 

Step 1

Dice the feta and halve the cherry tomatoes. Set aside. 

 

Step 2 

Thinly slice the chicken breasts and saute them in a little fat. 

 

Step 3 

Season with salt and pepper.

PLATING

Step 1 

Combine all the ingredients and add the vinaigrette sauce. 

 

Step 2 

Sprinkle with chopped basil and a few more cherry tomatoes for decoration.
