Who is the data controller?

All processing of your personal data carried out via the Websites is implemented by Panzani, acting as the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR (simplified joint stock company with a share capital of €3,585,180 registered in the Lyon Register of Trade and Companies under number 961 503 422, whose registered office is located at 141 cours Gambetta F-69003 Lyon). 

What data are collected? 

Panzani collects and processes the following personal data: 
– Identification data (e.g. surname, first name, contact details) 
– Discount account logins and passwords 
– Connection and usage data of Panzani services (e.g. IP address, terminal type, browser type 
and version) 
– Professional information contained in CVs and cover letters 
– The data included in requests and claims addressed to Panzani 

What is the purpose of the data collected? 

Personal data are collected for the following reasons and on the following legal bases: 

  • Creation and follow-up of accounts used to earn discount coupons => Contractual requirements and legitimate interest from Panzani to ensure the management and follow-up of accounts 
  • Management of contest entries => Contractual requirements and legitimate interest 
  • Measurement of Website traffic, display of personalised advertising, measurement of advertising audience and improvement of Website performance => Consent to the deposit of cookies for performance and audience measurement and legitimate interest from Panzani to improve its Websites 
  • Processing of requests and claims addressed to Panzani => Legitimate interest from Panzani 
  • Website security management => Legitimate interest from Panzani 
  • Analysis of applications received and retention of CVs => Pre-contractual requirements and candidate consent

How long do we keep your personal data?

Personal data are stored for the following periods, determined according to the purpose pursued by Panzani at the time of collection: 

  • Creation and follow-up of accounts to earn coupons => Accounts deleted if inactive for more than 2 years 
  • Processing requests and claims => 3 years from data collection or last contact with the requester 
  • Retention of CVs => 2 years from collection of candidate’s consent to CV retention 
  • Management of requests to exercise rights to personal data => 6 years from the date of the request to exercise a right 
To whom are your personal data sent? Who has access? 

Personal data are transmitted, depending on the purpose of the processing: 

  • to Panzani’s relevant departments to answer and process your requests (e.g. quality department); 
  • to Panzani’s technical service providers involved in carrying out these purposes. 

Personal data may be transferred to Panzani’s subcontractors and partners located outside the European Union. In this case, the processing will be implemented if the third country is considered as a country with protection allowing the transfer or, failing that, the transfer will be regulated in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR. 

What are your rights regarding your personal data? 

You have the right to access, modify, oppose or delete your data, as well as the right to withdraw consent, the right to limit processing and the right to define directives concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of your personal data after your death.
