For the biscuits

Biscuits preparation

Mix the sugar and butter using a mixer with sheet.

Add the whole eggs. Add the durum wheat flour GEM 120, salt, and baking powder. Incorporate the toasted sesame seeds.

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Sheet the dough to a thickness of 4 mm and use a 5 cm round cookie cutter to cut out the biscuits. Place the dough discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Decoration

Glaze with the whole egg and decorate with sesame seeds.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C (350°F) in a convection oven.
