Madeleines with durum wheat

A small golden cake with a comforting taste, perfect for a yummy break which remember your childhood.

Preparation time: approximately 45 minutes.

For approximatively 40 madeleines.

Preparation

Pour the liquids and then the powders into a mixer with a paddle attachment and mix for 2 minutes at low speed, then 3 minutes at medium speed.

Put 25 g of dough into madeleine molds using a piping bag.

Bake for 1 minute at 165 °C (329°F) then 11 minutes at 155 °C (311°F).

 

 

 

 

The madeleines can be eaten plain, topped with chocolate, and decorated with flowers. They can also be filled or flavored.
