

Ice cream cones
A crispy cone with a delicious biscuit flavour, ideal for enjoying with favourite ice cream treats.
Preparation time: approximately 1 hour 30 minutes
For 20 ice cream cones.

g of eggs

g of sugar

g of vanilla flavoring

g of melt butter

Preparation

In the bowl of a mixer with a whisk, combine the eggs, sugar, vanilla flavoring, and melted butter at medium speed.

Then add the hot water and mix again until the mixture is smooth.

Gradually add the flours and mix until smooth.

Keep the dough cool for 1 hour (or 15 minutes in the freezer followed by 15 minutes in the refrigerator).

Place a ladleful of dough on the cone maker and cook for 3 minutes.

As soon as it comes out of the maker, shape it while it’s still hot to form a cone.
