Preparation
Mix the lentils, brown rice, and Pépite s or M and cook for 15-20 minutes in boiling water. Drain.
Slice the onion, carrots, leek, mushrooms, and ginger.
Sauté the vegetables in a pan with a little olive oil for 15 minutes until very tender.
In a bowl, combine the vegetables and grains, then add the Durum Gel 160.
Mix well, add the Tomacouli and stir thoroughly. Add the spices.
Finally, arrange the mixture on a baking sheet in rounds about 1 cm thick. Press down firmly so the steaks hold their shape after cooking.
Bake the steaks for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Once golden brown on the top side, turn them over with a spatula and continue baking for 5 minutes to brown the other side.
