

Caramel and pink pralines cookies
Golden cookie revisited with melted caramel or crunchy pink pralines
Preparation time: approximately 20 min and 1 h of resting time.

Preparation

In a stand mixer fitted with a blade, combine the liquids and then the powders and beat for 1 minute at minimum speed, then 4 minutes at medium speed.

Place the cookies, shaped into discs, on a baking sheet.

Keep the dough cool for 1 hour.

Bake for 15 minutes at 140 °C (285°F).
