Brussels Waffles

Beautiful golden brown waffles

 Preparation time: approximately 45 min and 1 hour of resting time.

For 10 waffles.

Ingredients

g of rapeseed oil

g of Dietary fiber (oligofructose)

Preparation

In the bowl of a mixer fitted with a whisk, combine the liquid ingredients and blend for 30 seconds at medium speed, then add the sifted powders.

Mix at medium speed until a smooth dough forms.

Let the dough rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Place the batter in a piping bag.

Grease the waffle iron and then place a small amount of batter into the waffle iron (the batter will liquefy with the heat). Do not open the waffle iron during cooking, as this may cause the waffl e to break in half.

Bake for 3 minutes.
